If the system conforms to our minimum monitoring requirements then we will install the software and monitor for 30 days, this will be free of charge if the client signs up for the minimum package for a minimum term of 12 months. If the client chooses not to take up a minimum contract after the 30 days then we will provide a full analytic report on the system highlighting all faults and potential faults with our recommendation for future upgrades/management, this will be chargeable at our standard rates dependant on the size and complexity of the system.
